The Beach School Auction is in full swing!

The online auction is a wrap - thanks to everybody who participated! Next up is the in-person auction event this coming Saturday, April 25th. This is our most important fundraiser of the year, but that’s perfect because it’s also a super fun night! Buy your ticket here. (Please note, this event is 21+!)

Your ticket includes buffet dinner, bottomless beverages, and raffle tickets to win one of three great prizes (a luxury facial, wine tasting, or Amazon Echo device!). If the ticket price is outside your budget, please reach out to the BCU for a free or reduced price ticket. We want you there!!

What's the money for?

All the money raised through the auction comes directly back to the Beach community. Funds support things like enhanced SUN programming, field trips, grants to teachers for classroom supplies, financial assistance to families in need, and food served at school events throughout the year.

What can I expect at the auction?

The auction is at 6 pm this Saturday 4/25 at Rossi Farms in NE Portland. The night begins with a silent auction where you can bid on a wide range of items (similar to the online auction, but IRL!) and some lower-cost raffle games. 

After the buffet dinner, there is also a live auction with some really special items such as vacation rentals, a hot air balloon ride, and (for the more practically-minded) an estate planning package worth $6,500! Check-out will begin around 9:30, and you’re welcome to stay and party with the Bobcat elders until we close it down at 11:30!
